Appointments : What if I am running a little late?

I will make sure that I am ready for your appointment or you will receive updates by text, phone call or email. I hope that you will do the same for me. Your deposit is fully refundable if you have notified me within 24 hours prior that you are unable to keep your appointment. If you are unable to meet your appointment and do not inform me then your deposit becomes a payment for my services. Let's keep each other informed and updated.

Payment: How do I pay you for your work?

Clients will enjoy a variety of methods for services rendered. In most cases, I am available to receive your payment on your favorite mobile apps such as

CashApp®, PayPal®, Venmo®, or Zelle®. A cashier's check or money order from an authorized financial services company is acceptable. A personal check is only accepted if delivered and cleared five days prior to the appointment for services rendered. Installment plans are available through PayPal's "Pay Later" program.

Deposits: How much do I pay upfront?

Deposits are required for all new clients. Deposits are due one week prior to the appointment. The amount of the deposits are 50% of the total estimate and can be paid through the financial services listed in the "Payment" section. Deposits are fully refundable when the appointment is cancelled prior to one week of the date and time reserved. One half of the deposit is returned to the client when I am notified the day of the appointment prior to the time reserved. Terms of wedding or elopement cancellations or postponements are subject to the details outlined in the individual contract.

Indoor Portrait: Do you have a studio?

I've enjoyed providing my clients with one of the most comfortable locations for studio photography in the greater Chattanooga area. My collaboration with Chatt Space in Ooltewah has been the perfect pairing for the last three years. Changing rooms, a spacious comfort station and delicious snacks support a pair of creative spaces that are perfect for creating the perfect setting for your headshot, portrait or merchandise photo session.

Posing: What if I don't know how to position myself?

If there is anything that I love doing more than taking photographs it is posing clients for their image capture. I enjoy creating an environment for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera lens.

Image Editing: What if I want changes to my photos?

I utilize a fine arsenal of cameras, lights, backgrounds and computer software to bring out the very best for my clients. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to me. Each client gets one free edit of each image presented to them. Further edits may be available at a cost of $30 per image revision. Payment for additional edits after the free revision is due prior to beginning the new work.

Digital File Requests: What if I like the pictures, but want all of the photos that you snapped?

The client may place a request for additional images that were not released by the photographer, but I retain the right to decline the request. In rare cases, the digital image may be released for a fee. The charge for unreleased image files is $25 for the first image and then $5 per additional image file. Unedited images in the RAW format are rarely released to the client. On rare occasions, these unedited digital images are released to the client for a fee. The cost for unedited project images in the RAW format is 50$ for the first image and $5 for each subsequent file.
